Alto Saxophone STRAIGHT Harlem AS-205 "ALTELLO"

Straight alto saxophone, also known as Altello.
 
It has the same pitch and register as a conventional alto saxophone, but as it does not have the traditional upward curved bell, the bass is much more spontaneous and easier to play. In addition, the sound is directed forward, i.e. towards the listener, thanks to its small semi-curved bell, and includes a special hard case for this format of saxophone.
 
Includes mouthpiece, ligature, mouthpiece holder, strap, reed, cleaning cloth and case. Gold lacquered.
Each Harlem instrument is tested by the luthier before shipping. 
 
The Harlem brass line of instruments is characterised by an excellent quality/low cost ratio and covers a wide range of instruments, even those not so traditional in the studio ranges, such as the altello (upright alto saxophone) or the baritone saxophone.
Designed for students, it provides lightness, ease of playing and very good response of the materials over time, such as the slides on the saxophones, flutes and clarinets, the pistons on the trumpets, flugel and trombone pistons, and a sturdy slide on the trombone sticks. Everything to accompany you in the studio until you make the leap to a professional instrument.
The accompanying cases are very light and backpack-type in most cases. The alto saxophone cases have the anatomical shape of the saxophone, instead of the traditional rectangular one, which is bigger to carry. The baritone saxophone case has wheels for getting around the city.
